Frequently asked questions

Can I drive the Ford Tourneo Custom with a Category B licence?

Yes. The van has no more than 8 passenger seats plus the driver's seat, so a standard Category B licence is enough.

Is there enough room for luggage?

When the whole group is travelling, we recommend packing compact bags. If you are bringing lots of suitcases or bulky equipment, the more spacious Ford Transit will suit you better.

Can I travel abroad?

Yes. Destination countries and terms are agreed in advance and set out in the rental agreement.

What does a €500 excess mean?

It is the maximum amount the renter pays if an insured incident occurs through their fault. The rest of the damage is covered by CASCO insurance.

When is the deposit refunded?

The €500.00 deposit is refunded when the van is returned without new damage and in accordance with the rental agreement.
